Send Well Wishes to a Patient

If you have a friend or loved one who is an inpatient at Bethany Women’s Hospital Luzira, Bethany Children’s Clinic and Bethany  Hospital Entebbe. Send him or her a message through our Well Wishes program. Whether it’s a simple “thinking of you” or a heartfelt prayer, our patients benefit from the love and support of their friends and family. Your message will be hand delivered to the patient by our caring team member or volunteer.

To send your Well Wishes, fill out the following form. Please fill in both the first and last names of the patient. If we have more than one patient with the same name, we may contact you to request additional information.
